RADIO ONE Urban WKYS/WASHINGTON midday host DOMINIQUE DA DIVA is joining afternoon DJ QUICKSILVA's show, with "THE QUICKSILVA SHOW WITH DOMINIQUE DA DIVA," launching in afternoons starting MONDAY (12/2) and simulcasting on sister Urban WERQ (92Q)/BALTIMORE.
