iHeartRadio Adds 'The Baller Alert Show' Podcast, Debuts 'First Contact'

iHEARTRADIO has added one existing podcast and introduced one new podcast to its roster.

Weekly pop culture news and gossip show "THE BALLER ALERT SHOW" is joining the network; the show, hosted by industry vet KENNY BURNS, "influencer" SU SOLO, and Urban WFDR-WSTR-HD3-W233BF (STREETZ 94.5)/ATLANTA host FERRARI SIMMONS, posted 86 episodes through NOVEMBER 11th prior to joining the iHEARTPODCAST NETWORK.
 
The new podcast "FIRST CONTACT" is a tech show hosted by former CNN Senior Technology Correspondent LAURIE SEGALL. The weekly show, produced with DOT DOT DOT MEDIA, aims to examine the effect technology has had on human connectivity. Three episodes were posted TODAY (12/2), including an interview with dating app HINGE founder JUSTIN MCLEOD, WHATSAPP co-founder BRIAN ACTON talking about why he walked away from the company, now owned by FACEBOOK, to start a nonprofit that developed the competing app SIGNAL, and a discussion of bots and dating.
