WBBS/Syracuse Morning Hosts Tom & Becky To Retire

iHEARTMEDIA Country WBBS (B104.7)/SYRACUSE morning hosts TOM OWENS and BECKY PALMER announced plans today (12/3) to retire from radio effective FRIDAY, DECEMBER 20th after 11 years on the air together (and 22 years there in total for PALMER). In a post on the station’s site, they explained that “the time has come to seek new adventures.”

The company’s syndicated morning program, “THE BOBBY BONES SHOW,” which had been airing time delayed in nights in SYRACUSE, will move to mornings effective MONDAY, DECEMBER 23rd, according to local media reports.

The station is hosting a sendoff party for the pair on FRIDAY, DECEMBER 13th at a local pub.
