The COLORADO BROADCASTERS ASSOCIATION (CBA) is inviting radio and TV stations from all parts of the state to compete in over 50 categories. Stations compete to win multiple awards in hopes of being recognized as the “Station of the Year” for their market.
For the third year in a row, high school and college students who created outstanding works for school radio and/or television programs will also be invited to enter the contest and potentially be recognized with the “Future Broadcasters Award.”
The CBA will also present two special recognition awards, the REX HOWELL Broadcaster of the Year Award, honoring exceptional leadership and the HARRY W. HOTH Public Service Award. The entry deadline is FRIDAY, JANUARY 10, 2020 with the Awards of Excellence celebration taking place on FRIDAY, APRIL 17th at the GRAND HYATT in downtown DENVER.
DENVER-based comedian JOSH BLUE will be the CBA’s special guest to help kick off the
evening. Prior Awards of Excellence winners, as well details for this year’s contest, can be found here.
