No new station sales transactions appeared in the FCC database WEDNESDAY morning (12/4).

In some filings that did appear in the database, SPANISH BROADCASTING SYSTEM's WXDJ LICENSING, INC. (WRMA/NORTH MIAMI BEACH, FL) and WCMQ LICENSING, INC. (WCMQ-F/HIALEAH, FL) have applied for STAs to operate from their outstanding construct permit facilities at reduced power because the lease for the stations' licensed site at ONE BISCAYNE TOWER in downtown MIAMI is expiring. The new facilities are on the PANORAMA BUILDING in the BRICKELL AVE. district of downtown, on a master antenna shared with sister WXDJ.

CRAFT & FOLK ART MUSEUM has applied for a Silent STA for KFQM-LP/LOS ANGELES while it reassesses and reconfigures its program feed and transmission system.

CELEBRATE LIFE MEDIA, LLC has closed on the sale of Oldies KLYC-A and K256DF/MCMINNVILLE, OR to WESLEY C. SIMKINS' PROMEDIA PARTNERS LLC for $16,000 in loan forgiveness.

GOLDRUSH BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the sale of Oldies KDSJ-A (SOLID GOLD 98)/DEADWOOD, SD to 4 PAWS BROADCASTING, LLC for $405,000 (real estate) and $1 (business assets).

And WOMENS CARE CLINIC INC. has closed on the transfer of low power KRFF-LP/MOORHEAD, MN to RADIO FREE FARGO LLC for $1 consideration.  The board members are the same for transferor and transferee; the transfer was initially filed in APRIL 2017.
