PODTRAC has released its NOVEMBER 2019 ranking of the Top 10 podcast publishers.

In the latest rankings based on U.S. unique monthly audience, the same 10 publishers comprised the top 10 as for last month, with NPR remaining on top despite second place iHEARTRADIO adding 28 more active shows.; all of the top 10 publishers saw dereases in their unique monthly audiences on a month-to-month basis, which PODTRAC says recalls the seasonal dip seen in 2018. The average US unique monthly audience for the Top 10 publishers rose 12% month-to-month and 29% year-to-year.

The publisher rankings, which, once again, only include shows opting in for PODTRAC's Podcast Measurement System for the full month (and missing some of the largest shows and publishers) and ranked by unique U.S. monthly audience:

1. NPR (last month: 1) (62 active shows)
2. iHEARTRADIO (2) (327 active shows)
3. THE NEW YORK TIMES (3) (10 active shows)
4. WONDERY (5) (82 active shows)
5. RADIOTOPIA/PRX (4) (81 active shows)
6. BARSTOOL SPORTS (6) (34 active shows)
7. ESPN (7) (63 active shows)
8. WNYC STUDIOS (8) (54 active shows)
9. NBC NEWS (9) (27 active shows)
10. THIS AMERICAN LIFE/SERIAL (10) (2 active shows)

And ranked by global downloads and streams:
