COX MEDIA GROUP Urban AC WHQT (HOT 105)/MIAMI, Urban AC WCFB (STAR 94.5)/ORLANDO, and Urban AC WOKV-HD2-W258CN (HOT 99.5)/JACKSONVILLE will fill the morning slot left vacant by TOM JOYNER's retirement with REACH MEDIA's RICKEY SMILEY MORNING SHOW.
