Entercom Refinances $100 Million With Private Offering Of Additional Notes

ENTERCOM COMMUNICATIONS CORP.'s ENTERCOM MEDIA CORP. subsidiary (the former CBS RADIO INC.) is offering $100 million in 6.500% senior secured second-lien notes due 2027. The net proceeds will partially repay existing indebtedness under its senior secured term loan facility.

The notes are being privately placed and are being offered as additional notes under an existing indenture dated APRIL 30, 2019 that previously covered an issuance of $325 million in notes with the same terms as the additional offering.
