Spike Santee Publishes Radio Sales Textbook

Radio sales veteran SPIKE SANTEE, who writes LESSONS IN LEADERSHIP for ALL ACCESS, has published a new textbook, "Professional Radio Advertising Sales." The textbook offers guidance for radio account executives aimed at helping them to progress from the first day on the job to their first annual sales contract in about 90 days, with details on goal setting, prospecting, interviewing, appointment setting, qualifying, presenting, closing and customer service. The book is also intended for experienced AEs who need help breaking out of struggling or merely want to improve their performance.
