KBEM (Jazz88)/Minneapolis Names Dan Larkin Station Manager

MINNEAPOLIS PUBLIC SCHOOLS Jazz KBEM (JAZZ88)/MINNEAPOLIS has named DAN LARKIN station manager.

The 30-year-plus radio vet was most recently co-owner/partner in PIED PIPER MEDIA and Director of Broadcasting and Technology for the MINNESOTA TIMBERWOLVES and LYNX.

He replaces MICHELE JANSEN, who recently stepped down.

Said LARKIN, “I’m excited to join this legendary station and to continue its mission to serve the MINNEAPOLIS PUBLIC SCHOOLS. KBEM is recognized as one of the top jazz stations in the nation. That’s due to the talented and dedicated staff of professionals, students, and volunteers who work on-air and behind the scenes to deliver the goods every day.
