Foo Fighters Announce Inaugural DC Jam For 25th Anniversary On July 4th

Lineup Includes Chris Stapleton And Pharrell Williams

After two years in SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, FOO FIGHTERS are bringing CALJAM home for the inaugual DC JAM on the 4th of JULY, which is the 25th birthday of that first album that started it all—all at FEDEXFIELD in DAVE GROHL’s formative stomping ground. GROHL one-man-band-demo-turned-platinum-debut-album came into this world JULY 4, 1995. 

In addition to the customary main attraction of a patented FOO FIGHTERS rockathon, the LIVE NATION produced DC JAM lineup on JULY 4th at FEDEXFIELD will feature CHRIS STAPLETON, PHARRELL WILLIAMS, THE GO-GO’S, BAND OF HORSES, DURAND JONES & THE INDICATIONS, THE REGRETTES, BEACH BUNNY, and RADKEY.

CITI is the official presale credit card of D.C JAM and CITI cardmembers will have access to presale tickets beginning TODAY (3/3) at noon (ET) via www.citientertainment.com. 

LIVE NATION, REDSKINS Season Ticket Member, and FEDEXFIELD Events Fan Presale will begin on THURSDAY, MARCH 5th at noon (ET).

Dave Grohl's First Call Was To Elliot In The Morning 

After the FOO FIGHTERS announcement, DAVE GROHL's first call was to iHEARTMEDIA Alternative WWDC (DC101)/WASHINGTON's ELLIOT IN THE MORNING to discuss how special it is to celebrate on the 4th of July with a huge festival back home in DC on the exact 25th Anniversary of the band's first show. In 2015 they created DAVE AND ELLIOT'S 4TH OF JULY RALLY & RIDE, a motorcycle ride for charity before the 20th Anniversary Blowout at RFK STADIUM when GROHL played his first show with a broken leg.
