EMPIRE BROADCASTING CORP. has filed the paperwork to sell KLIV-A/SAN JOSE to PHAM RADIO COMMUNICATION LLC for $100,000. The station went silent last year and returned from temporary facilities early in 2020 pending the sale to PHAM.

In other filings with the FCC, TERRENCE OVERLANDER is selling his 50% interest in LAC QUI PARLE BROADCASTING CO., INC., licensee of Classic Country-Ag News KLQP (Q 92)/MADISON, MN. to 50% partner MAYNARD R. MEYER for undisclosed consideration.

CENTER OF THE WORLD FESTIVAL, INC. is transferring KCPK-LP/FRAZIER PARK, CA to CALIFORNIA FAMILY COUNSELING NETWORK, INC. for no consideration.
