KYLD/San Francisco Helps Local Businesses With #SupportTheBay

iHEARTRADIO Top 40 KYLD (WiLD 94.9)/SAN FRANCISCO is stepping up to the plate to help support local businesses that are feeling the pinch while the city is in 'shelter in place' mode.

The station has launched a program, #SupportTheBay, where business owners can go to let area residents know that they're still open for business during the crisis. 

A message on the site reads, "AMERICA's fight to flatten the curve of the CORONAVIRUS  pandemic has put a pause on society and our every day lives. Unfortunately, local businesses will be hit the hardest. During these trying times it's important that we do everything we can, while still following the recommended guidelines, to ensure those business owners that make our communities so vibrant can get back on their feet when the 'shelter-in-place' is lifted. Even though the CORONAVIRUS has the BAY AREA on lockdown until APRIL 7th, there are still plenty of local businesses who are open and we want to show them love while they #SupportTheBay."

A form is provided for business owners to fill out. Those establishments will then be added to the growing list of businesses being featured on the station's website.
