CUMULUS Rock WNNX(ROCK 100.5)/ATLANTA's Morning Show BAILEY AND SOUTHSIDE were told last week that the entire CUMULUS ATLANTA cluster would be shut down after an employee came in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19. Since they were not allowed in the building for at least two weeks, they decided to bring the entire show to JASON BAILEY's house.

This past MONDAY, MARCH 16th the morning show started broadcasting live from BAILEY's living room, with BAILEY's wife getting up early to prepare breakfast for the morning show. 

WNNX PD AXEL LOWE, who ran the board back at the studio because he’s on the essential people list, told ALL ACCESS "We were one of the first companies to self-quarantine after a staff member had contact with a friend that was symptomatic.  This was last THURSDAY, 3/12. The friend ended up testing positive, but it took five days for the results to come in.  Our staff member is still non symptomatic, but we will remain broadcasting remotely.  I am one of four that are cleared to come into our building and engineer the morning shows and conduct other necessary operations.  At the moment, it looks like this is the new normal until 3/30/20.  At that point, it may only be programming allowed in, we’ll see."
