APPLE MUSIC’s global radio station, BEATS 1 (which operates 24/7 out of various studios across the globe), returns today (3/23) with all new exclusive programming. To prioritize the health and safety of its staff and guests, beginning today (3/23), APPLE MUSIC hosts will record their shows with field equipment from their homes, working virtually via FACETIME on iPHONE. BEATS 1 remains committed to continuing to deliver its programming to music fans around the world.
Today, lead anchor ZANE LOWE FACETIME's with ELTON JOHN, MILEY CYRUS and LIL NAS X. Later this week, LOWE checks in with CHARLI XCX, HARRY STYLES, HAYLEY WILLIAMS and more. APPLE MUSIC's EBRO DARDEN touches base with JHENE AIKO, LIL BABY, A BOOGIE WIT DA HOODIE and DAN TOLIVER. In addition, APPLE MUSIC hosts REBECCA JUDD, BROOKE REESE, NADESKA ALEXIS, JULIE ADENUGA, TRAVIS MILLS, HANUMAN WELCH, KELLEIGH BANNEN, SANDRA PEÑA and EL GURU return to their regular time slots.
