"Since VIRGINIA schools have been canceled for the rest of the academic year and not only were the kids shocked, but so were the teachers - many devastated they didn't get to say goodbye to their students.

"So we jumped into action to create the 103.7 PLAY TEACHER HOTLINE to help. Teachers can leave messages on our voicemail offering messages of love and encouragement to their students and we'll play everyone of them back on the radio for them. 

"We had over 100 messages left by teachers within the first day of launching the program! Our job in radio is to be an entertaining, informative and therapeutic support to our listeners and the 103.7 PLAY TEACHER HOTLINE is a way we hope to help comfort our community."
