TOWNSQUARE MEDIA News-Talk WKXW (NEW JERSEY 101.5)/TRENTON is hosting another in a series of Town Hall specials on how the CORONAVIRUS crisis affects NEW JERSEY, this one focusing on the frontline workers and first responders dealing with the pandemic in the state. The new special will air at 7p (ET) THURSDAY (4/23).
The show will be again hosted by Special Projects Dir./Morning News Anchor ERIC SCOTT and will feature a panel of experts, including HEALTH PROFESSIONALS AND ALLIED EMPLOYEES Pres. DEBBIE WHITE; the NEW JERSEY POLICE BENEVOLENT ASSOCIATION Pres. PAT COLLIGAN; the NEW JERSEY EMS COUNCIL Pres. BARBARA PLATT; and first-responder crisis councilor MICHAEL BIZZARRO, PhD, LCSW, BCD.
“Nurses, EMTs, and police officers are among the many front-line workers who are putting their own health at risk during this crisis,” said SCOTT. “We will both highlight their stories and offer them the resources they need to deal with the overwhelming stresses of their jobs.”
