WHVN, INC. is selling Religion WCGC/BELMONT-CHARLOTTE, NC to CAROLINA CATHOLIC RADIO NETWORK for $210,000. The buyer has operated the station under a Local Operating Agreement since FEBRUARY 1st.

And in another filing with the FCC, SILVER STATE BROADCASTING LLC has applied for an STA to operate K284CW/WINCHESTER, NV on a new channel and with new facilities in LAS VEGAS, saying that an LPFM on the channel that had prevented the translator from building under a construction permit is no longer in existence and moving the translator would serve the public by rebroadcasting News-Talk KBET-A.
