Condolences to family and friends of voiceover specialist, "JUDGE JUDY" announcer, and former SAN DIEGO and LOS ANGELES radio personality JERRY BISHOP, who died on APRIL 21st after being hospitalized for several weeks. He was 84.
BISHOP (not the JERRY G. BISHOP who worked in CLEVELAND, CHICAGO, and SAN DIEGO and passed away in 2013) hosted at WDRC-A/HARTFORD and KCBQ-A (as "BILL BISHOP"), then hosted at KLAC-A, KFI-A, KKDJ, KIIS, and KGIL-A. BISHOP's best-known voiceover work has been as the voice of the long-running syndicated "JUDGE JUDY" show, and he also served as the voice of the DISNEY CHANNEL in 1983-97 and announcer on the game show "CROSS WITS."
