BALL STATE UNIVERSITY is selling Silent WBSJ/PORTLAND, IN to JAYLAND RADIO, INC. for assumption of $40,702.43 outstanding on a lease with AMERICAN TOWERS, INC.; the school will also give the buyer $10,000 for a new transmitter, less any lease payments made for months after APRIL 1st.
In other filings with the FCC, SAGA COMMUNICATIONS has filed applications to transfer all of its subsidiary company licensees to a new corporation, SAGA COMMUNICATIONS REINCORPORATION, INC., in a pro forma transaction intended to change the company from incorporation in DELAWARE to incorporation in FLORIDA. The FLORIDA entity will, once the transactions are completed, change its name to SAGA COMMUNICATIONS, INC. and the resulting effect will be to have the company, with everything else remaining the same, be incorporated in FLORIDA.
NORTH TEXAS PUBLIC BROADCASTING News-Talk KERA/DALLAS has filed for an STA to allow it via waiver to air 32 minutes of spots over eight hours on "NORTH TEXAS GIVING DAY," MAY 5th., to raise funds with COMMUNITIES FOUNDATION OF TEXAS for COVID-19 relief efforts. Fundraising for third parties on noncommercial stations requires a waiver of the rules by the Commission.

The UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII has closed on the assignment of the license of K264BL/HONOLULU to HAWAII PUBLIC RADIO, INC. in exchange for the right to use the assignee's tower to broadcast Variety KTUH/HONOLULU and other antenna relocation options.
And FAITH CENTER has closed on the sale of W277AE/MADISON, WI to FUSION RADIO LLC for $100,000.
