Noncommercial KEMC/BILLINGS, MT GM MARVIN GRANGER has been suspended over what a press release calls "personnel lssues." The BILLINGS GAZETTE reports that GRANGER is declining comment on the situation; GRANGER has been GM of the station since 1984.
