Another Pirate, Another Fine
The FCC has fined GERALD SUTTON $10,000 for operation of an unlicensed pirate FM station on 103.1 FM in ALMA, AR.
The Commission said that SUTTON never responded to a Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture issued in 2019.
