The FCC grants the assignment of five OHIO stations from STOP 26 RIVERBEND (Debtor in Possession) to D.B. ZWIRN's BERNARD OHIO LLC and renews all five licenses, rejecting objections on several grounds by several parties, including former STOP 26 principal PERCY SQUIRE. Among the allegations dismissed by the Commission were unauthorized transfer of control, public-file violations, and power-level violations.
The stations include WVKO-A/COLUMBUS; WVKO-F/JOHNSTOWN, OH; WRBP/HUBBARD, OH; WASN-A/YOUNGSTOWN; and WGFT-A/CAMPBELL, OH.
