CUMULUS MEDIA Classic Rock KCFX (101 The Fox)/KANSAS CITY has a new female voice, it is HEIDI WEST. She was previously a radio personality heard at radio outlets in BOSTON, PROVIDENCE, CT and WORCESTER, MA.
