WOLFHOUSE RADIO GROUP is selling Hurban KEXA (EXA-FM)/SALINAS-MONTEREY to BUCKLEY BROADCASTING for $3 million. The sale includes a Time Brokerage Agreement affective NOVEMBER 1; the sale does not include the call letters.
