Zomba Revamped Natâ??l Pop Promo Staff Includes Many Promotions

A lot of positive news out of ZOMBA as Sr. VP/Promotion JOE RICCITELLI announces some strategic restructuring that punctuates many upward promotions in the process:

VP/Top 40 Promotion JOHN STRAZZA is now VP/Pop Promotion. He will oversee the strategy and execution of all records at the Rhythm format, working closely with Sr. VP/Promotion JOE RICCITELLI on all other aspects of Pop Promotion.

NEW YORK-based SHANNAH MILLER takes on a new role as VP/Video Promotion & Adult Radio Promotion, overseeing all aspects of both video promotion and adult radio promotion in the Pop Promotion department, working hand in hand with RICITELLI on all aspects of strategy and execution of Pop Promotion.

CHICAGO-based JEFF RIZZO moves from Dir./Top 40 Promotion to Sr. Dir./CHR Promotion.

Former RCA/J RECORDS NY Regional Promo Mgr. DAVID DYER is named Dir./CHR Promotion.

NEW YORK market Promotion, and Satellite Promotion Mgr. JESSIE MALDONADO is upped to Dir./Ops Pop Promotion Department. She’ll continue her NY market and satellite radio promotion duties.

LOS ANGELES Regional Promotion Mgr. ROSE BRAUNSTEIN is promoted to WEST COAST Dir./Rhythm & Crossover Promotion. She’ll work closely with VP/Pop Promotion JOHN STRAZZA on execution and strategy in her region.

NATHALIE MARIN is named Promotion Representative overseeing promotional tours along with marketing of our artists through local video outlets and third party marketing.

JENNIFER ZIDEL joins the ZOMBA field staff as SOUTH Regional Promotion Manager based in ATLANTA, the same position she recently held for CAPITOL RECORDS.

ERIK MENDELSON joins ZOMBA as SOUTHEAST Regional Promotion Manager. ERIK will be based out of MIAMI, and most recently held the same post with ELEKTRA RECORDS in NEW YORK.

ROBYN STIMAC segues to NORTHWEST Regional Promotion Mag. based out of SAN FRANCISCO. She’s inbound from the same post in the CAROLINAS.

CHRISTIAN ALCANTARA and LINDA CANGRO are both promoted to Coordinator and TIFFANY GILMAN joins ZOMBA as WEST COAST Assistant based out of LOS ANGELES.
