Report: Junkies To Replace Stern At WJFK/DC

The WASHINGTON POST's PAUL FARHI is reporting What has been speculated for some time, that midday team THE JUNKIES will take over mornings at INFINITY Talk WJFK/WASHINGTON after the departure of HOWARD STERN at the end of the year. 

THE JUNKIES- J.P. FLAIM, JASON BISHOP, ERIC BICKEL, and JOHN AUVILLE- were WJFK's evening show (as "THE SPORTS JUNKIES") until moving to then-Alternative sister station WHFS/ANNAPOLIS-WASHINGTON for mornings in 2002, returning to WJFK for middays earlier this year. No official announcement has been made for the move.
