Refinancing
BEASLEY BROADCAST GROUP is making a private offering of $280 million in senior secured notes.
Proceeds from the offering will repay in full existing indebtedness under BEASLEY’s senior secured credit facilities and some other debt, with anything left added to the balance sheet and used for general corporate purposes.
