VARIETY reports that COLUMBIA RECORDS Co-Head Of Urban Music and SONY/ATV MUSIC PUBLISHING Head of Urban Music SHAWN HOLIDAY will start a new label and publishing venture with IRVING and JEFFREY AZOFF. The report from VARIETY noted that SONY MUSIC is expected to be involved in the new companies.
