CLEAR CHANNEL Urban AC WDAS/PHILADELPHIA terminated their morning team, CARTER and SANBORN today. ALL ACCESS has learned that they will be replaced by syndicated morning man STEVE HARVEY. The STEVE HARVEY MORNING SHOW is expected to begin airing starting MONDAY 10/31.
