  PD/morning man Duane Shannon
  
  CITADEL Country WOGT (107-9 THE DUKE)/CHATANOOGA has done some lineup shuffling. The syndicated BIG D and BUBBA morning show is replaced by PD DUANE SHANNON, along with ABBY SUMMERS. Moving into ABBY's former midday slot is LILA WALKER, with RICK HOWARD moving from nights to afternoons. The syndicated "The Big Time With WHITNEY ALLEN" will be heard at night. SHANNON tells ALL ACCESS, "These were changes we needed to make to become a direct competitor with WUSY."
  In other news, WOGT celebrates their first birthday this VALENTINES DAY. Congrats!
