Univision Q4 Revenues Up; Radio Rises, Music Drops

UNIVISION fourth-quarter net revenues rose 6.5% to $546.9 million, with adjusted net income up 33.1% to $111.8 million (33 cents/diluted share). Radio net revenues jumped from $91.5 million to $101.6 million, with the music division falling from $44.5 million to $34.1 million.

The company is not holding a conference call or issuing earnings guidance because of the pending sale of the company to an investment group headed by HAIM SABAN.
