DIAL GLOBAL has named MELODY MORGAN PD for its Hot Country format. MORGAN, formerly an air personality for their Mainstream Country channel for the last 15 years, assumes the PD role from DAVID FELKER, who will continue his role as PD for Mainstream Country.
