CORPORATION FOR PUBLIC BROADCASTING CFO/Treasurer DAVID CREEKMORE is exiting the CPB effective NOVEMBER 1. In addition, three other executives have been promoted at CPB: VP Business Affairs STEVE ALTMAN to SVP, Sr. Dir., and Sr. Dir., TV BRIAN SICKORA and Radio GREG SCHIRRING to VPs.
