COMPASS MEDIA NETWORKS has promoted VP/Affiliate Sales ADAM WILBUR to SVP/Affiliate Sales & Operations. WILBUR, who joined COMPASS in 2009, will continue to work out of the syndicator's LOS ANGELES office.
