"Property like this," the real estate listing asserts, "does not exist much anymore," the property in question being the transmitter site for iHEARTMEDIA News-Talk WLAC-A/NASHVILLE, which has been put up for sale.

The 27.69-acre tract along Old Hickory Blvd. north of downtown NASHVILLE and listed as being owned by CROWN TOWER FARM, LLC, is being offered at a $5.5 million asking price, and the seller is also asking for a 3.9-acre easement to keep the towers and small transmitter buiding in place.

WLAC simulcasts on W252CM/NASHVILLE, which operates from a separate site. The station promotes itself primarily with the 98.3 FM position.
