Britney Spears Reveals Her Pregnancy

Now freed from her conservatorship, which forced her to take birth control, BRITNEY SPEARS announced her pregnancy with an INSTAGRAM post that confused her fans until fiance SAM ASGHARI confirmed it.

SPEARS wrote shortly after a trip to MAUI with ASGHARI, she started to gain weight. "So I got a pregnancy test ... and uhhhhh well ... I am having a baby."

In testimony last JUNE in the battle with her father, she told a LOS ANGELES SUPERIOR COURT judge that she wanted to have another baby, but was forced to keep an IUD in place.

SPEARS is current mom to two sons, SEAN PRESTON, 16, and JAYDEN JAMES, 15, from her previous marriage to KEVIN FEDERLINE.

SPEARS wrote she will be spending less time going out to avoid paparazzi and noted with her previous pregnancies, she suffered from perinatal depression.

She did finish the post on a happy note, "This time I will be doing yoga every day !!! Spreading lots of joy and love !!!"
