Universal Music Publishing Group To Administer Elvis Presley Catalog

UNIVERSAL MUSIC PUBLISHING GROUP (UMPG) has inked an extension to its deal with AUTHENTIC BRANDS GROUP that brings ELVIS PRESLEY's song catalog under UMPG's administrative control. Financial terms have not been revealed. 

The agreement precedes the JUNE release of the film "ELVIS" starring TOM HANKS and AUSTIN BUTLER and directed by BAZ LUHRMANN. PRESLEY has sold more than 500 million records and charted 114 BILLBOARD Top 40 hit records.
