BIA Adds Three To Team

BIA ADVISORY SERVICES has added former EMMIS/NEW YORK VP NICOLE OVADIA as VP/Forecasting and Analysis, based in NEW YORK; WARNER BROS. DIGITAL Business Intelligence/Audience Insights Analyst LEYLA CHATTI as Senior Media Analyst, based in WASHINGTON; and SINCLAIR FOX affiliate WPGH-TV (FOX 53)/PITTSBURGH Research Dir. MARK DUGAN as Director of Data Insights and Client Relations, based in PITTSBURGH.
