What's better? Failing upward or actually learning from your mistakes. There is an art to "Failing Upward." It's called "The Art of Bullsh*tting!" We see it a lot in this industry. There are people out there in the business who work hard and earn the success they have achieved as they climb corporate ladders, but there are many others (the usual suspects) who downplay or spin their failures, or blame them on someone else, and talk their way to the top without ever cleaning up their own mess.
Which would you rather be? Someone who learns from their mistakes and succeeds with intellectual and emotional intelligence. Or someone who bullsh*ts their way to the top, where no one, even the person that helped get you there, respects you. MC MEDIA's CHARESE FRUGE' explores that in this week's "The Bigger Picture."
