New Star In 'Texoma'

STEPHENS MEDIA Rock KTRX/ARDMORE, OK has made the move to Top 40 as STAR 92.7. The station stunted briefly before unveiling the new format and positioning, "TEXOMA's home for Today's Best Music" today (5/18).

Morning 'star' JIMMIE GREEN remains in place, as does midday personality MIKE ELROY. 

Taking over afternoons via tracking is AMERICAN GENERAL MEDIA Hot AC KSTT (COAST 104.5)/SAN LUIS OBISPO PD/mornings JOJO LOPEZ. LOPEZ is no stranger to STEPHENS MEDIA, tracking shifts for the company in MODESTO and MONTEREY, CA as well as MEDFORD, OR. Nights at KTRX are being handled by YEA NETWORKS' syndicated TINO COCHINO RADIO.
