In this week's ALL ACCESS "WOMEN TO WATCH" column, MC MEDIA Principal CHARESE FRUGE finds out ‘how she got there’ from FALEN BONSETT, co-host of “THE DAVE RYAN SHOW,” mornings on iHEARTMEDIA Top 40 KDWB/MINNEAPOLIS-ST.PAUL.

Discussing how she actually DID get there (by paying her own way, no less), BONSETT reminisced “I got my first break from JAY LOVE in Reno, NV—he offered me my first morning show job at WILD 102.9 with RON JAMES. After 2 years there, I flew myself to MINNESOTA to interview for DAVE RYAN’s show on KDWB. I paid for my own plane ticket twice to get that interview, and it was beyond worth it in the end.”
