ACM Lifting Lives Launches 'The Check-In' Mental Health Video Series

ACM LIFTING LIVES has launched a short-form, original digital video series, “ACM LIFTING LIVES PRESENTS THE CHECK-IN,” featuring Country artists discussing their mental health experiences and challenges and how music has played a role in the healing process. The first two episodes, with LINDSAY ELL and the BROTHERS OSBORNE's JOHN OSBORNE, are available to watch now here.  Future episodes will feature JIMMIE ALLEN, CHA, with more to come.

“Music saved my life, time and time again,” said OSBORNE in his CHECK-IN episode, while ELL said, “I think music is so powerful and is such a beautiful, healing thing for mental health."
