WILSON COUNTY EDUCATION FOUNDATION INC. sells noncommercial Country-Southern Gospel KWCB/FLORESVILLE, TX to LA PROMESA FOUNDATION for $130,000. The buyer, which programs Spanish- and English-language religion on its stations, owns four TEXAS outlets plus six FM translators and brokers time on two DALLAS-area AMs.
Among other sales filed with the FCC, GREAT SOUTH WIRELESS LLC is selling Country WKGA (KOWALIGA COUNTRY)/DADEVILLE, AL to MICHAEL G. HUBBARD's AUBURN NETWORK INC. for $1.4 million. The buyer owns WANI-A/OPELIKA, AL.
TRACIE FOSTER is selling her one-third share of WDNG INC., licensee of Talk WDNG-A/ANNISTON, AL, to her partners CHARLES R. FULLER and FRANCIS J. DIPIETRO for $18,661.92 plus up to one-third of trade-out income for five years. FOSTER inherited the one-third interest held by the late BETTY JANE VONDRACEK.
