Congratulations to RADIO ONE Top 40/Rhythmic KTTB (B96)/MINNEAPOLIS overnighter DANNI STARR, who is the new MISS MINNESOTA INTERNATIONAL.

She was crowned last night at the pageant held in ST. CLOUD, MN. 

DANNI also made history by being the first black contestant to win this title in MINNESOTA. She will now be competing in the national competition for MISS INTERNATIONAL in CHICAGO, JULY 27-28.
