ARBITRON announced that CASANOVA PENDRILL, an agency specializing in integrated Hispanic communications, has signed an agreement for the PORTABLE PEOPLE METER (PPM) radio ratings services in HOUSTON, NEW YORK, and LOS ANGELES.
