For Q3, REALNETWORKS INC. posted net income of $11.2 million, or 6 cents per share, up from a loss of about $7 million, or 4 cents per share, a year ago. Excluding antitrust litigation, the company earned $14.7 million, or 8 cents per share, for the most recent quarter. Revenue rose 20% to $82.2 million from $68.3 million last year.
