Larry Conners Joins NewsTalkSTL/St. Louis

Former CBS affiliate KMOV-TV/ST. LOUIS news anchor LARRY CONNERS is joining EPIC STL News-Talk KLJY-HD2-KNBS-K270BW (NEWSTALKSTL)/ST. LOUIS as host of a radio show, a daily commentary, and a streaming video show. CONNERS will host "THE LARRY CONNERS USA DAILY REPORT" at 6p (CT) and "THE CONNERS COMMENTARY" at 12:03p and 3:30p weekdays, while a video show, "LARRY CONNERS USA," will stream on the station's RUMBLE channel noon-2p with an audio replay 1-3a.

“The fabric of my journalistic soul still requires that I am fair, but now, I freely express my opinions.” said CONNERS, who was fired by KMOV in 2013 after claiming in a FACEBOOK post that his tax problems with the IRS were possibly linked to a contentious interview he conducted with President OBAMA. “I am thrilled to join the NEWSTALKSTL family and be part of the city’s newest and fastest-growing radio station.”

“This is the first, major change to our weekday line up since signing on a year and a half ago. That speaks to how significant we feel adding LARRY is,” said President of Programming JEFF ALLEN. “LARRY CONNERS is a strong, local, conservative voice that needs to be heard.”
