SINCLAIR ABC affiliate WEAR-TV (ABC 3)-NBC affiliate WPMI-TV (NBC 15)/PENSACOLA, FL VP/GM JAY C. LOWE has joined iHEARTMEDIA as Area President -- OKLAHOMA, reporting to Division Pres. TONY COLES. LOWE will oversee 14 stations in OKLAHOMA for the company.
