Speaking about making her way through the world, especially in the radio business, SESSIONS said, “This sounds so cliche, but to succeed, you must stay true to you and your vision of yourself. It's so easy to let someone tell you how to 'blaze your path,' especially in an industry this competitive. You end up working on someone else's goals and dreams for them and leave yourself for last. Don't do that. Keep your goals and ideas at the forefront. And just be a nice person. Kill people with kindness, even if you don't think they deserve it at that time. Good people want to work with and for good people. Be a good person.”
